It’s a low-commitment way to get started and find the support you need.
Individual Therapy
This is for individual clients only. Sessions are 1--2 hours long and available for those aged 14 and above, either virtually or in-person, depending on the provider.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy using the PACT (Pysychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy) is designed to help you and your partner build a stronger, more connected relationship by addressing both your emotional and biological needs. This approach combines cutting-edge research on how our brains and bodies react to stress, attachment, and connection, helping you understand and break unhealthy patterns. With a PACT trained therapist, you'll learn to communicate more effectively, manage conflicts with empathy, and build deeper trust and intimacy. The goal is to help you feel more secure and understood in your relationship, creating lasting positive change, and a loving relationship that is grounded in having eachothers back, always!.
Relationship Coaching
